We offer a standard party package that suit’s everyone and we also offer upgrade options so you can choose how to make your party extraordinary.

Our party hosts are specifically trained to make your party a truly wonderful experience. Because safety is our highest priority at Tumbletown all our staff are CRB checked and trained in how to make a Tumbletown experience really special for each and every child.

Party times available are 10am, 11.15am, 1.45pm, 4pm & 6.30pm

We also offer exclusive hire of the centre on Sunday afternoons and during the evenings, which gives you the opportunity to really make your event unique.


A standard Tumbletown party is by no means standard, we believe in offering great value and excellent service which is why we have designed our party packages to suit you.

At Tumbletown we know how hard it can be to keep track of excited children and busy parents, which is why our rooms are colour specific. When you book your party one of our team will allocate a party room to you. We have 2 party rooms Green and Orange, depending on the number of children in your party we will allocate the best room for you.

When you arrive for your party you will be met by your dedicated party host who will ensure all of the children invited are accounted for and explain the party format to all children and parents. They will also show everyone to the party room as soon as it is ready.

Our cold buffet consists of a selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, crisps, cheese, cucumber, carrot sticks and biscuits all finished off with a dessert.*

*Cold Buffet is subject to change please ask at time of booking.

If you have any special food requirements please advise us at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note however we do not cater for allergies.

Our evening parties are also based on exclusive use of the centre, the price per head includes many of the features available from our standard daytime party.


We try and make every exclusive booking as unique as possible by tailoring your event to your needs, we can also organise professional entertainers for your party and special themed decoration options. Just speak to one of our party bookers for more information.



Our party booking team are available Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm please call or drop in between these times.

A deposit of 50% of the party cost is required at time of booking, the balance is due 7 days before the day of the party. The deposit can be made in person or we can accept card payments over the phone.

Party bookings are subject to terms and conditions.  The management reserves the right to amend the party booking content.
