Our party planning service is for when you decide to host your own party, whether that’s at home or a local venue.  We provide a complete one-stop shop service for all your catering, decoration and hosting needs.

As we know although it’s great to host your own event, you don’t want the headache of having to call and visit many different places for all the things you need.

We offer a selection of hot and cold food buffet options, which are prepared on platters, ready to serve to your guests. There are set buffet options to choose from, however we can also work with you so you have the food you want. We can also organise  a personalised cake for you. And your soft drink requirements, we can supply canned drinks, fruit shoots, juices and water.

We are able to source all of the party items you would like, which include all themed party ware from a children’s party to a 21st birthday or even an engagement party.

Themed party ware includes cups, plates, napkins, candles, confetti, colour co-ordinated disposable cutlery, tablecloths and more. Personalised banners specific to your event featuring a picture and wording of your choice, available in 3 sizes, 3ft, 4ft and 6ft. 

They are supplied with eyelets ready for you to hang. Helium balloons can also be organised to fit with the theme of the party, from characters to giant numbers – let us know what you have in mind and we’ll arrange the best choices for you.

And if you live within a 5 mile radius of Tumbletown we can deliver all your party decorations to you, for a small charge.

Our party host service offers two experienced party hosts to attend your party venue for a minimum of one hour to a maximum of 3 hours.  The party hosts are able to help decorate your venue, greet your guests, play party games with the children, assist with serving party food and clear away party tables after the event.

We work with trusted organisers of inflatable’s that provide good quality inflatable’s that are fully insured.  If you advise us on what type of inflatable you’d like and the space you have available, we will arrange it all for you.
